This is a nonsmoking villa in Palmetto Dunes, on Hilton Head Island. Nestled in the neighborhood of Queens Grant, our two-bedroom, two-bath home is furnished and equipped to provide you with comfort and convenience in a tastefully designed setting.

FURNISHINGS:
Bedrooms and living room are by Pottery Barn, sleeping six in a King, Queen or Twin bed set; all linens are provided-even beach towels.

ENTERTAINMENT:
The pleasure in our villa can be old fashioned or high-tech. We offer chess and board games plus wireless, super high-speed Internet with deluxe TV channel selections.

GOURMET KITCHEN:
Full kitchen with adjacent outdoor patio for grilling. There are many small appliances plus a coffee maker for serious coffee-loving aficionados.

SPACIOUS AND COZY:
No one is above you or below you. We have one deck plus a separate patio. The fenced-in wood deck has the utmost in privacy, touting a 10 foot high rose bush and tropical palms to make dining or sunbathing very relaxing. Our patio is completely fenced in, with exterior access and an outdoor shower that is ideal for privately rinsing off the sand brought back from the beach.

LOCATION & AMENITIES:
This villa is inside the resort. Without having to drive, you can quickly access deep and wide beaches, clay court tennis courts ranked #3 in the world by Tennis Resorts Online, Ocean front golf courses rated 4-4.5 stars by Fodor's Golf Digest, five swimming pools-exclusive for Queens Grant guests, boat/bike/canoe rentals, restaurants and evening beach-side entertainment. Exquisitely landscaped paths weave through the entire resort and are accented by benches and tree swings. Courtesy transportation is provided by same-day request. A neighborhood general store is also available for those last-minute errands.

PETS:
Small dogs are welcomed by our fastidious house keeper and may be off leash on the beach from Labor Day to Memorial Day.
